Turnkey System
Bramco-MPS designed, fabricated, and installed complete aggregate system consisting of primary, scalping, secondary, tertiary, and sand plants. It is equipped with TEREX|CEDARAPIDS crushing equipment, TEREX|SIMPLICITY screens and feeders, Allied Pedestal Breaker, Jeffrey and Bramco-MPS structures and twenty-three conveyors and radial stackers.

Bramco-MPS designed, fabricated, and installed secondary, tertiary, and DGA/pugmill loadout system. Equipped with cone and VSI crushing stations, 6’ x 16’ and twin 8’ x 20’ screening plants, two 300’+ corrugated surge tunnel systems, and thirty-six Bramco-MPS conveyors and Thor telescopic radial stackers. |

Bramco-MPS designed, fabricated, and installed primary and secondary plants, separated by corrugated multiplate surge tunnel. Secondary scalping screen tower equipped with three-sided dust enclosure. System includes a TEREX|CEDARAPIDS MVP450 High Speed Cone Crusher, and nine Bramco-MPS conveyors. |
Field and Technical Service
Bramco-MPS plant outage project, which required removal and replacement of 7’ x 24’ 4-deck screen from between two floors of seven story tower, coupled with rebuild of dual drive mechanisms and structural body repairs. This screen operates in a harsh 24/7 environment. |
Field Retrofit and Equipment Replacement
Bramco-MPS design, fabrication, removal and installation project which involved removal of three 5’ x 14’ screens and replacement with two new 6’ x 20’ TEREX|SIMPLICITY screens. This included removal of aged existing and replacement with new top tower level, supported by the existing sixteen leg tower, and replacement end discharge chutes and fines bins. Additional chute access and jib crane were also added to enhance future maintenance capabilities. |
Recycle Systems
Bramco-MPS provided the engineering, fabrication and erection of a full recycle plant utilizing purchased shredding and sorting equipment. Bramco-MPS designed concrete layouts, conveyors, dust enclosures and heavy structure supports along with providing additional equipment for all safety, noise and maintenance solutions. |
